Our “On-call Complete” goes beyond the typical on-call service by providing trained, experienced professionals to handle your complete after-hours business needs. 

 

Traditional on-call providers only handle incoming calls that come into your office after-hours. We have created a modern approach and system that goes beyond tradition.

  • Actively recruiting staff for your existing open needs / jobs

  • Gathering availability from your staff.  By gathering availability from your staff we can effectively and efficiently staff needs / jobs that come in, and also relay this information to your staff for the next business day to assist them in staffing during regular business hours.

  • Actively seeking work for staff availability.  When staff give their availability and there is no open need to fit their available time, we will call your clients seeking available needs to generate business.  This keeps your staff happy and confident in your company working for them while at the same time showing your clients the importance of their business and coverage.

  • Providing detailed call logs to our clients for their records and reference.

  • If the client has open contracts, we can also help in recruiting for and offering those contracts to current staff and prospective staff.

  • We send a daily report each morning to reflect all communications and activities that transpired after-hours for staffing issues.

  • We can by request provide a report that reflects staffing trends to include areas such as No Call - No Shows, late cancellations, frequent cancellations, tardiness or the frequency of tardiness, scheduling discrepancies and more.

  • We can by request provide a monthly or quarterly report of trends set by staff and clients regarding after-hour operations.

  • We are trained to identify and mitigate problem areas and offer solutions for management and staff.

  • We will reinforce and educate your staff and clients on company policies and procedures (reiterating those set by the client) as needed. Many subjects that are revisited often both with staff and your clients are (holidays, payroll, NCNS, late cancels, sentinel events, on the job injury and any other subjects relevant to your after-hour policies.

  • We monitor and maximize the decrease in agency usage and overtime for facilities.

  • We increase patient satisfaction / facility satisfaction through proper staffing and effective and efficient operations.
