Founded by Billie Hawkins, a healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience, our company benefits from her extensive background. Billie began her career in healthcare during high school and later served in the United States Marine Corps, earning Meritorious Mast recognition and an honorable discharge. After her military service, she returned to healthcare, bringing valuable insights into staffing, patient care, and management.
Our team includes experienced healthcare professionals in key roles such as Regional Managers, Training Coordinators, and Staffing Coordinators. Each On-Call Coordinator undergoes a thorough training program that covers all aspects of the healthcare industry related to On-Call processes and client-specific needs, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.
