A Cut Above Professional Services is a company made of seasoned healthcare professionals with the goal of providing a complete On-Call service. We assist our clients in conducting efficient and effective after-hours business while also helping the client to continue business growth by providing stellar after-hours operations.

 

The company was founded by Billie Hawkins a seasoned healthcare professional with over 30+ years experience in the industry. Billie has extensive experience in all aspects of heath care staffing, after hours On-Call services as well as patient care and managerial experience in the industry. Billie brings experience to the business understanding each aspect of the business from the client's perspective in relation to managing the business  after-hours, exceeding in staffing open needs as well as mitigating problems and creating solutions to solve them.

 

The staff at A Cut Above Professional Services is made up of seasoned health care professionals in all key roles from Regional Managers, Training Coordinators and Staff Supervisors to Staff Coordinators. Each On-Call Coordinator completes a comprehensive training program which covers all aspects of the health care industry as it pertains to On-Call processes and procedures as well as placements and open needs processes. In addition to our standard required training program, each coordinator is trained to handle the specific needs of each of our clients to meet and exceed client expectations.
